This is the first summer since we had kids that we don't have big vacation plans. We have suddenly become aware of the 'what to do with the kids all summer' dilemna that faces most working families when school wraps ups in June.
After a week at home we realized that the kids are not going to do well just hanging out with us at home all summer. We need some plans.
So, we are looking at what northwestern Ontario has to offer in terms of day trips from home. And dog-friendly activities.
And I need to actually make the list of projects to do together this summer and get started on them.
